1. The images are not be explained and new words should not be added if they are not present in the source text instead the translation should have equal meaning as in the source text.

7. Equal in Meaning
1. اِس سے پہلے کہ ترجمہ کِیا جائے، متن کو اِچھی طرح سمجھ لِیا جائے اور سیاق و سباق کو سمجھتے ہُوئے ترجمہ کرنا چاہئے۔
